Sunnyside Cottage is the perfect spacious family holiday home, just a stones through from the lovely secluded beaches of Kingsand and Cawsand in Cornwalls less touristy regions. With a child and pet friendly enclosed courtyard for BBQ ‘s and relaxing in the afternoon sun and large family kitchen and dining room, you will find this property is a favorite with families.
SLEEPS
Up to 6x Guests across two king size beds and one double bed. Under 2’s can be accommodated with the hire of a Travel Cot at booking for £20pw.
BEDROOMS/ BATHS
Three double bedrooms, across two floors. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with king size bed an adjacent large family Bathroom, with separate bath & shower cubicle. The First floor includes a large double bedroom equal in size to the master again with a king size bed and also the final smaller double room. All rooms include wardrobe space for hanging. The second shower room and WC is located on the ground floor.
BEDDING & TOWELS
Each room comes dressed with fresh bed linen, 100% linen duvet covers and goose down duvets and pillows. Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each bathroom and additional towels are placed in each bedroom. Please bring your own beach towels for external trips out.
KITCHEN/ DINING
The kitchen boasts a large cottage-style range cooker with immersion hob, Nespresso coffee machine, large american style fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of utensils, baking dishes and dining ware. The utility includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The courtyard has amble seating with cushions and table, as well as a BBQ, coals can be purchased at the local shops. The large dining table can accommodate up to eight guests.
PETS
Our properties all welcome well behaved dogs, we ask that they are limited to the lounge and kitchen areas and not allowed upstairs or on to furniture. Treats and water bowls are provided. An additional cleaning fee of £25pw per dog. No more than two dogs at a time.
CHILDREN
Children are very welcome at Sunnyside. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request at the time of booking for an additional fee of £20pw. A games chest with activities and board games for all ages has been lovely stocked by the owners to pass those quieter holiday moments. There is also nets and buckets provided for rock pool adventures.
PRICES
Sunnyside Cottage’s off peak prices range from £630 - £1100 for a 7x days stay and peak season from £1288 - £1999 for 7x days stay.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Check in is available from 4pm and check out is 10am the morning of departure. 3 night stays are available between October and April (excluding school holidays). Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
ADDED EXTRAS
Wifi is provided throughout the property via Halo home network, Smart TV in lounge and Hive central heating. Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner and toiletries provided in each bathroom. Hair dryers provided in both first floor rooms. Some log, kindling and matches for wood burner to get started with. Please bring extra for the winter months. This can also be purchased at the local shops.
PARKING
Drop off and pick up is available outside the property and the local car park is less than a 2 minute walk situated just one street away once you have unloaded your car. This is priced at £25pw via an app or pay and display.
